Nevuto Inbox and Storefront Live Chat

Nevuto Inbox adds real-time conversations with store visitors. Reply to messages from the storefront chat widget, share attachments, and manage conversations in one place from the admin panel.

Manage Store Email in Nevuto

Connect email accounts through IMAP/SMTP, read incoming messages, and compose new emails. Folder synchronization, conversation archiving, and spam controls bring email workflows into Inbox.

Email Setup for Your Domain

Mailbox provisioning and DNS configuration flows have been added for store domains. Email delivery from your store's own subdomain address and domain ownership verification through DNS TXT records are supported.

In-App Support

Open support tickets and message the support team in real time from the admin panel. Share files and screenshots, follow ticket status updates, and keep track of unread messages.

Reports and AI Analysis

The new reports module lets you view reports and analyze them with AI assistance. Analysis results are saved, and analytics reports can also be downloaded as PDFs.

New Payment Gateway Integrations

Payment options now include Garanti, VakıfBank, DenizBank, Yapı Kredi, Nestpay, and Tosla. Manage provider settings in the admin panel and see payment errors within checkout.

Cookie consent management has been added to the storefront and checkout. Collect visitor preferences through a consent banner and pass consent status to measurement tools through the checkout's Google Consent Mode integration.

Buy X Get Y Promotions

Create Buy X Get Y discounts tied to purchase conditions. Define purchase and reward requirements to offer more flexible promotions.

Expanded Visitor Analytics

Visitor reports now include location, operating system, browser, and traffic source information. Geographic and engagement views provide a closer look at store traffic.

Payment Capture and Refund Management

Order details now include authorization capture, the amount charged to the customer, and net payment information. Refund workflows for supported providers beyond NevutoPay, refund notifications, and reconciliation calculations have been improved.

Updated Pop-up Editor

The existing pop-up builder has been refreshed with a modular editor. Improved section and block editing makes pop-up designs easier to manage.

Blog Editor and SEO Analysis

Blog creation and editing now share a unified editor. Blog SEO analysis and a top-posts analytics view have been added.

List Filters and Date Ranges

Advanced table filters and date range selection have been standardized across modules. List sorting and filtering now behave more consistently.
