New Features

Novi: Your Store's AI Assistant

Manage store tasks through conversations with Novi. File attachments, references to store records, and action confirmations help you move from suggestions to execution. Conversation resuming and recovery after action errors have also been added.

Theme Editing with Novi

Novi now works in a chat surface connected to the theme editor. Request changes with tools that take the theme preview into account and follow the resulting edits in the editor.

Creative Studio

The new Creative Studio provides an editor for creating and managing designs. Prepare visuals with templates, size presets, gradients, Unsplash stock photos, and export options. Existing AI image editing tools have also moved into the design editor.

Storefront Games and Reward Campaigns

Create campaigns using templates such as wheels, scratch cards, gift picks, daily gifts, and reel games. Configure targeting rules, prizes, and play frequency, then review campaign statistics in the admin panel.

Search across store records in different modules from a single search field. Reach the relevant management screens without opening each module separately.

Create draft orders in the admin panel, prepare product and shipping details, and send a payment link to the customer. Draft order payment requests are supported in checkout, with link generation and notifications managed from the panel.

Order Editing and Balance Payments

Edit existing orders and generate payment links for remaining balances resulting from changes. Checkout supports paying the outstanding order balance.

Bulk Import, Export, and Inventory Editing

Bulk CSV import, validation, and export workflows have been added. Update inventory levels through interactive grids, create customers, and send account invitations from the admin panel.

Custom Fields: Metafields

Define and manage additional data on store records with custom fields. Theme blocks have also been extended to use these values.

Inventory Reservations

Create inventory reservations connected to draft orders and track reserved stock in the admin panel. Available inventory calculations now account for reservations.

Combinable Discount Codes

Checkout now supports multiple and combinable discount codes. Configure combinations and advanced conditions in the admin panel to control how promotions work together.

Returns, Cancellations, and Store Policies

New workflows support return and cancellation requests. Manage return rules and store policies, including automated policy generation tools. Policies can be viewed through links and dialogs in checkout.

Expanded Order Fulfillment Management

Management workflows have been expanded for fulfillment records, shipping labels, and tracking notifications. Follow fulfillment status from the order page and manage shipment information sent to customers.

Marketing Overview

The new marketing view brings campaign performance and sales data together. Review sales charts and marketing source tracking to understand the path from visits to purchases.

Automated Collections and Product Vendors

Automated collections can now update based on conditions. A product vendor field helps organize and filter your catalog in more detail.

Customizable Notifications and Order Invoices

Edit email notifications in a dedicated editor and preview them with sample data. Support for managing invoice documents and sending them to customers has also been added to the order page.

New Payment Integrations

Payment providers now include EsnekPOS, Tami, Klarna, Paratika, and Param. Configure each provider's settings in the admin panel.

Expanded Media Management

The file library now supports drag-and-drop uploads, progress tracking, and additional file types. Image optimization and responsive image delivery have been improved, with product video and video transcoding support added.

Passkeys and Centralized Account Security

Account and security settings have been consolidated in the central account application. Existing MFA support has been expanded with login verification, session management, and staff security policies; passkey login has been added.

Automation, Pop-up, and Campaign Validation

Automation triggers and configuration steps receive more thorough validation before saving. Pop-up targeting rules, logical operators, and campaign content selection have been improved.

Refined Product and Admin Experience

Bundle products now appear in the main product list and creation flow. Collapsible navigation, form fields, and product layouts have been updated. Checkout can prefill the shipping step with the customer's default address.
